Back to School, Back to Prayer: 10 Scriptures to Declare Over the Mountain of Education

As a new school year rises before us, we stand together on the walls as watchmen, just as Isaiah 62:6 declares: “I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night.” This is not just a season of sharpened pencils, full calendars, and fresh routines—it is a sacred moment to lift our voices over the Mountain of Education and call forth the will of God!
At Watchmen International, we know classrooms are more than places of instruction. They are battlegrounds for identity, purpose, wisdom, and peace. Students, teachers, parents, and school leaders are navigating real pressures in a fast-moving world, and that is exactly why we must pray without ceasing! When we declare the Word of God over education, we release light into places that may feel uncertain, courage into hearts that feel overwhelmed, and holy direction where decisions must be made.
So let us take our place in faith, dear intercessor, and proclaim these Scriptures boldly over every school, every child, every educator, and every family connected to this season.
